हमारा पूरा प्रयास होगा कि हम अपने विद्याथियों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ शिल्पकार प्रशिक्षण (Craftsman Training) देने के साथ-साथ उन्हे जीवन मे सफलता के विज्ञान में पारंगत करते हुये सही उद्यमियों का निर्माण करें। शिक्षकों व विद्यार्थियों में जीवन की सभी जिम्मेदारियों के निर्वाह में निपुणता के साथ-साथ संस्कारों (Mind Imprint) का बीज रोपित हो जो कालांतर में परिपक्व व प्रस्फुटित हो उन्हे इस योग्य बनायें कि वे अपने परिवेश को निरन्तर और अधिक सुंदर एवं समृद्ध बनायें व परिवेश की सभी आवश्यक्ताओं को पूरी जिम्मेदारी व दक्षता से पूरा करते हुये सफलता को प्राप्त करें।
Chairman's Message
मानप्रस्थ इंडस्ट्रियल ट्रेनिंग सेन्टर के रुप में छोटी सी परन्तु एक क्रांतिकारी परिवर्तन के लिये शुरुआत करते हुए मुझे अपार प्रसन्नता हो रही है । पिछले 22 वर्षों से सम्पूर्ण, व्यवहारिक व जीवन में उच्चत्तम सफलता प्राप्त करने की विधियों पर शोध करते हुये, इसे विद्यार्थियों को देने के लिये सही माध्यम की तलाश थी । कई विकल्प सामने आये । ईश्वर की इच्छा से जुलाई 2008 में जैसे ही आई.टी.आई. एजूकेशन को जाना तो लगा कि मेरी तलाश पूरी हुई । परिणाम स्वरुप एक भव्य व हर प्रकार से सुसज्जित प्रौद्योगिक शिक्षण संस्थान आपके सामने है । मानप्रस्थ आई.टी.आई. का उद्देश्य है कि यहाँ के बालक जीवन में इंजीनियर्स व एम.बी.ए. से भी कही अच्छा करें व जीवन में हर प्रकार से सफल हो । हमारा प्रयास इसी दिशा में है।
सभी लोग जीवन में सभी कुछ पाना चाहते है, सफलता के उच्चतम् शिखर पर पहुंचना चाहते हैं, देश व विश्व के कुछ नाम होते हैं, जिनकी उपलब्धियाँ हमारी मंजिल होती हैं, लेकिन क्या हम जानते हैं कि वे कैसे उस मुकाम तक पहुँचे ? ज़्यादातर हमारे यह आदर्श साधारण मानव ही थे । उनके जीवन की शुरुआत भी साधारण ही थी, उन्होनें तो कभी सोचा भी नही था, पर न जाने कब और कैसे कल्पनातीत ऊँचाइयों पर पहुँच गये । उनकी इस यात्रा में लगने वाला समय भी ज्यादा नहीं था । बस हमें तो उनकी कार्य विधियों को समझना है जिसे हम देख व समझ नहीं पाते ।
मैने इसी दिशा में लगातार शोध कार्य किया है । इसी उद्देश्य से मानप्रस्थ परिवार की स्थापना की गई है और यह मानप्रस्थ परिवार आपके व सभी के शुभ के लिये आपको आमंत्रित करता है ।

Manprasth Industrial Training Institute was established in Aug, 2009. The primary function of this Institute is to train young boys/ girls in various vocational trades approved by NCVT.
The Institute is coming up with all workshop and other infrastructural facilities for carrying out the various training programs to meet the current development in the field of vocational training.
The Institution is housed in a picturesque location at Kanpur, Utter Pradesh in a campus encompassing the Office building, Hostels and Staff Quarters spread over appx. 1100 Sq. yard of land. The Institution is affiliated to The National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), Delhi that provides the approved curriculum of All India Trade Test for all the trades.

Extra Curriculam Activity
Blood Donation Camp
Donating blood is a unique gift from one person to another where the patient hardly ever comes to know about the donor and where the donor hardly ever hears a word of thanks from the patient. The blood and blood products are also a vital support in preparedness for disaster management. The overwhelming concern for safe and adequate supply of blood & blood products for the large number of needy patients is the primary need. In order to meet the above, ITI organizes BLOOD DONATION CAMP annually/biannually by Blood Bank Society PGI, GMHS Sector-32, and Blood Bank Society Sector-37 with at least 100 donations at a time.
Exhibition-Cum Sale
To promote and to motivate the trainees of Cutting & Sewing trade, the institute comes up with an Exhibition cum Sale of stitched garments which has been tailored by the trainees of this institute. An exhibition of the same was held in October 2007 & February 2008. Our worthy Home Secretary, UT Chandigarh, inaugurated the same. Hundreds of people from the City Beautiful visit the Exhibition-Cum-Sale and purchased the garments prepared by the trainees.
Annual Sports Week
Sports give players an opportunity to know and test themselves. To keep the trainees of this institute in a high state of physical fitness, the trainees participate in indoor/outdoor games. An Annual Sports Meet is also organized to find the winners. There are number of games and events in which the students participate such as Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Shot-put, Discus throw, Javelin throw, 100/200/400mtrs race etc.
Annual Sports Meet in the Campus is organized in the month of March every year in which Prizes and Certificates are awarded to the winners on the last day by the chief guest
CII Work Skill Competition
This institute organizes work skill competition in collaboration with CII (Northern Region) for testing the participants from various National and Multinational Companies in the field of Electrician, Industrial Electronics, Welding, Fitter, Milling, Turner, Tool & Die, Instrument Mechanic and Computer. In year 2007, the Competition was held in the month of December and various companies like Denso India Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd, Max Specialty Products, Hero Honda, ACC Cements, Nestle India, Wolkem India, DCM Shriram Cements Works, Tecumseh India Ltd, Jamkash Automobiles, Bharti Teletech etc. participated in the competition.
Entrepreneurship Seminar
Entrepreneurship development has come to be recognized widely as the key to economic development and human welfare. Entrepreneurship skills are essential for industrialization and for alleviation mass unemployment & poverty. Experiences of developed as well as developing countries clearly show that it is possible to develop entrepreneurship through planned efforts. Therefore, in recent years both govt. & private agencies have initiated strategies and programs for developing entrepreneurial skills among people.
Considering the significance of entrepreneurship and small business management for future generation our institute regularly organizes Seminar through Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development & District Industrial Centre UT Chandigarh. A team from Bank also accompanies the above faculty for briefing the trainees about various subsidies on bank loans & others.
